Photoverify: Mobile License Plate Recognition (LPR) Solution

PhotoVerify is an application within WorldStream that operates as a mobile Vehicle ID License Plate Recognition (LPR) solution. This system uses LPR cameras as an automatic number plate recognition system. Through the use of any mobile phone, tablet or wearable device, vehicles can be rapidly verified by automatically comparing the vehicle image/license plate to a “white list” of valid vehicles. This can be achieved at a rate of 10 vehicles per minute.

Included under the WorldStream system is a complete visitor management solution. This allows permitted “parkers” to log into WorldStream, and register a temporary guest to come visit their campground, boat slip, condominium, or any other environment that permits visitor parking reservations. It also allows for vehicle citation management and lets visitors pay parking citations online.

In multi-residential applications, PhotoVerify allows for on-site staff to rapidly identify vehicles parked in the “visitor parking area” that are not registered OR perhaps should be parked in the “resident/tenant area” (or vice-versa). This can be achieved at a pace equal to making their regular patrol rounds. In real-time PhotoVerify also allows violation parking citations to be generated and printed in the vehicle identification process. This system allows for full ticket payment, dispute process, and resolution. The ability to escalate rates for late payment is included.

Full audit reports on usage of the PhotoVerify System allows you to check citation tracking and see if the security team is patrolling the parking area on a regular basis.

Parking Spots

PhotoVerify is included as part of our WorldStream cloud-based visitor management solution. Through the app, authorized personnel can log into WorldStream and register guests’ license plate numbers to allow them immediate access to their parking areas. It enables instant vehicle ID through License Plate Recognition, allowing fast access and smooth traffic flow.

It can offer additional benefits as well. In condominiums, for example, PhotoVerify enables off-site staff to identify illegally or incorrectly parked vehicles. PhotoVerify also generates and prints violation tickets and allows for full ticket payment, dispute processes and resolution. Security staff can also refer to PhotoVerify to see which tenant or other authorized person allowed a visitor to enter and park.

PhotoVerify is also an excellent solution for campground reservations and can even be used to ID planes and boats.
