LocoMobi World Inc. Awarded “Touchless” Advanced License Plate Recognition System at Tanu

Toronto, ON – LocoMobi World, a cloud-based Smart City technology company specializing in parking, has been awarded a new contract for their advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) system at Tanu in partnership with leading Smart Building technology company, SmartOne. Developed by Edenshaw, Tanu is a contemporary mid-rise for the tech-savvy buyer in Port Credit, Mississauga, with occupancy slated for 2021. Designed by the IBI Group, Tanu is 15 stories and houses a mixture of condos, townhomes, and penthouses all wired with a plethora of smart home features. One of those features is LocoMobi World’s LPR system which is integrated into Tanu’s overall building security. The LPR reads license plates upon vehicle entry and exit of the parking garage in seconds. It grants automated gate access for residents and registered guests without the use of permits, fobs or key cards. Tenants have the ability to log in remotely to invite guests and secure their parking, providing effortless access.
