Toronto, Ont. – JEMM Properties, together with Zeidler Architecture, has designed The Bridge to rise along the southern edge of Bridgeland’s award-winning 30-acre master-planned enclave, The Bridges.  Smart City parking technology leader, LocoMobi World, announces that its Parking Management System, CondoPark will be the epicenter for the revenue parking management system in the development. JEMM is inspired and driven by passion for community. The Bridge, will bring people who embrace the pace of urban living to a neighbourhood that delivers an exciting mash-up of old world charm, gracious green spaces and modern community life. The Bridge will provide 285 apartment-style leasable living spaces above carefully curated retail shops and restaurants. Inside the building, tenants will find places to connect with people, work out, store bikes, share a car or charge an electric bike. The Bridge has been designed as multi-tiered building with a 16-storey tower on the Northeast corner of 9th street NE, an 11-storey wing to the south, and a 7-storey wing to the west. At the main entry point for residents the building height drops down to two storeys, alongside an outdoor plaza space.

CondoPark is controlled by LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal powered by LPR Express, which provides automated entry to the parking garage for tenants and registered guests by reading license plates. Tenants can login remotely to invite guests to secure or reserve their parking, providing a seamless experience. With the highest read rate in the industry at 99.9% accuracy, the LPR system eliminates trespassers through access key sharing – no fobs, keys, or cards to be passed around or cloned. Many people will be attracted by the vibrant shops and other services. Part of  LocoMobi World’s installation will be an Automated Payment Kiosk for those who are not registered with its LPR system or Mobile payment app, Passage Pass. Shop owners will have the ability to virtually invite and validate customer parking and utilize LocoMobi World’s “MoveBe” merchant dashboard to help maximize sales to their business. Property Managers can monitor activities, equipment, and solutions for their property in one central location in real-time, with access to analytical reports. In addition, WorldStream will control peripheral parking to ensure all traffic is flowing efficiently and securely.
