LocoMobi World Inc. to Provide Smart Car Applications for “Project Arrow”, Canada’s First Zero Emissions Concept Vehicle

Toronto, Ont. – LocoMobi World announced today it has been added as a strategic partner with Project Arrow. Project Arrow was unveiled to the world January of 2023 at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Its aim is to showcase Canadian talent and expertise in zero-emission vehicles and connected and autonomous technology.The Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA) launched the first, original, full-build, zero-emission concept vehicle named Project Arrow. An all-Canadian effort, it was designed, engineered and built through the joint efforts of our world-class automotive supply sector and post-secondary institutions. The Project Arrow name is a call-back to the Avro Arrow, a high-speed military interceptor aircraft created in Canada in the late 1950s. The Arrow was a controversial source of national pride; the Canadian government cancelled the plane after prototypes had broken several records. The real reasons for the cancellation are still debated.   

In 2020, a team of students at Carleton University’s School of Industrial Design in Ottawa won a national design competition for the exterior and interior which was transformed into a 360-degree digital design in partnership with the Invest Windsor Essex VR Cave in partnership with Autodesk. The Arrow provides the vision of what the perfectly designed EV could be so the whole world could learn about the project and its partners.

Part of the vision is through Locomobi Worlds AI based portal embedded into the vehicle will be e-commerce which transforms the vehicle into a mobile wallet. In addition it will have friction free drive thru and curbside applications . Built in analytics will allow the car to provide trip statistics and move the vehicle through the most efficient path it can take each. In addition Locomobi has a partnership with Hapbee. Hapbee uses proprietary ultra-low radio frequency energy technology (ulRFE®) that emulates specific magnetic fields to produce desired feelings in the body (i.e. Happy, Alert, Focus, Relax, Calm ..)
