LocoMobi World Inc. Launches Spot Informant and License Plate Recognition System at Ten York, Toronto

Mississauga, Ont. – LocoMobi World Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of their License Plate Recognition (LPR) system, CondoPark parking management software and its newly developed Spot Informant real-time parking space monitoring application in Tridel’s Ten York condominium building located in the heart of downtown Toronto. This equipment is part of Tridel Connect, an innovative range of integrated smart home features designed to make condo living convenient and hassle-free. The License Plate Recognition equipment and CondoPark software provides automated entry to the parking garage for residents and registered guests without the use of fobs or key cards. Spot Informant tracks each vehicle as it enters the facility and tracks the plate to its parking spot to ensure it is in a valid location. If a tenant parks in a visitor’s spot, they are sent a text or email to park in the proper tenant area. When visitors enter with a reservation, the vehicle plate is read and clocked in real-time to ensure it doesn’t exceed the allotted time. Each parking stall contains a reservation pod that communicates via wireless connection to the CondoPark system and the Spot Informant App, creating a fully integrated approach to parking.
