LocoMobi World Goes Live with “Passage Pass” at Central Parc’s Smart Community

Toronto, Ont. – Central Parc is  Saroukian Group’s six-tower development that will contain 1,200 high-end residential rental units, and retail space. It is being built out on their 10-acre parcel of land with 1.2 million square feet of livable space with the second tower near completion. The planned community continues to expand as new towers are occupied. With this expansion, LocoMobi World’s Management Portal adds new Enterprise Software programs. Central Parc has taken full advantage of WorldStream’s powerful Management Portal with PassagePass automated express payments and enforcement system going live.

The community is  controlled by LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal powered by LPR Express, which provides automated entry to the parking garages for tenants and registered guests by reading license plates. Tenants can login remotely to invite guests to secure or reserve their parking, providing a seamless experience. With the highest read rate in the industry at 99.9% accuracy, the LPR system eliminates trespassers through access key sharing – no fobs, keys, or cards to be passed around or cloned. Property Managers can monitor activities, equipment, and solutions for their property in one central location in real-time with access to analytical reports.

LocoMobi World will also be providing its WorldStream Dispatch on-site, on-demand parking management system. With this system, there is no need for on-site security personnel. Coverage is only provided when required through automated on-demand requests, manual on-demand requests, or scheduled patrols. With the WorldStream Cloud Portal, property managers can view the status of the request in real-time and track it on the system’s map.

PassagePass adds revenue control with automated payments as vehicles pass through the community, along with full enforcement and a comprehensive ticketing system for all infractions in the community. The WorldStream portal also interfaces with EV charging and shared Mobility stations. Users’ vehicles act as a mobile wallet, although, they do still have the option to pay manually within the app – a true frictionless and handsfree automated solution. Payment Kiosks may be added as required.
