We are pleased to announce, that Allan Bonner MSc, DBA, LLM, MScPI, and member of The Institute of Public Administration of Canada, will be the next speaker on TheSmartCity.Blog podcast on January 12^th, 2022, and will talk about Safer Cities of the Future.

Full-time political aide, network journalist, and now consultant, Allan, has worked on five continents over the past 30 years. He has helped high-need organizations and individuals face some of the most contentious issues of our times.

As a crisis manager, he has worked on oil spills, plane crashes, sexual harassment in the workplace, Hong Kong’s return to China, municipal amalgamation, mergers & acquisitions, NAFTA negotiations, cyber breaches, plant closures, peacekeeping, and many other matters.

As a media trainer, his clients have lead newscasts and been on the front pages of newspapers weekly.

In politics, he’s helped a dozen heads of government and about 100 cabinet ministers, also serving as aid to two of the world’s longest standing mayors.

Two of Allan’s long-standing clients are Nobel Peace Prize recipients.

Allan is the author of more than 200 articles and 11 books. Several are used as texts at leading universities in the UK and Canada.
