The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) owns and maintains YZF, which the GNWT operates under the Department of Infrastructure. 

The whole system is controlled by LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal. LocoMobi World will be installing the most advanced enterprise entry and exit stations. Yellowknife management can monitor activities, and equipment, and add solutions for their property in one central location in real time with access to analytical reports.
